Only 30 days after he received his license, Bill Hoshall opened his first hair salon in his hometown of Sacramento, California. That was more than 20 years and a number of successful salons ago. Bill’s reputation has earned him a membership in Intercoiffure, the prestigious international association of the world’s finest hair designers. As part of his training, he apprenticed in Germany under the guidance of Bernhardt Gress, one of the industry’s legendary European stylists. Upon his return to the U.S., Bill founded an educational facility to assist stylists in their continuing studies. His teaching philosophy is modeled after the time-honored European apprentice system of moving through the ranks to acquire the master craftsman status.
When he is not working at the salon taking care of business, he is working on his golf game.
