What to expect when you visit..

Our priority continues to be the health and well-being of our guests, staff, and community. Due to current events surrounding COVID-19, we are implementing additional policies and procedures to assure that we are providing the best service, in a safe environment. 

What to expect during your visit: 

  • We have missed you dearly and would love a hug, but we are keeping contact to a minimum so we are observing touchless greetings and goodbyes. 

  • New check-in procedure. Please call our support staff when you arrive in the parking lot, and we will contact you when you may come in. 

  • No additional guests. One caregiver may accompany the guest if applicable.

  • We will check your temperature when you arrive. Anything over 100.4 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. 

  • At this time we are unable to offer refreshments. If you choose to bring a beverage,  it must be in a closed container and no food allowed. 

  • Masks are required

  • A clean and sanitized gown will be provided for you to wear during your service. 

  • Currently, we will be a cashless business. Please plan accordingly. 

Our Team will be: 

1. Wearing masks.

2. Using a new, clean gown for each client.

3. Frequent hand washing and using gloves when appropriate. 

4. Only working on one client at a time. 

5. Fully sanitizing stations, tools, chairs, and equipment between each client. 

We are closely monitoring all CDC guidelines, State and Federal recommendations, Board of Cosmetology policies and procedures. Please know these policies are fluid and may become more or less restrictive at any time. Please be patient with us. 

For over 40 years, we have been committed to our clients and the community.  We appreciate everyone’s support and love during these last few months and we are excited to seeing everyone back in the salon and getting back to what we love doing… serving you!
